TEI Alloys Acquires Sekortek to Strengthen Investment Casting

Guided by its integrated manufacturing vision “From Element to Alloy, From Alloy to Product” TEI Alloys has taken a significant step to further advance its strategic capabilities in investment casting.

TEI Alloys has acquired all shares in Sekortek Seramik Teknolojileri A.Ş., a company established under the auspices and with the support of the Secretariat of Defence Industries (SDI) and a pioneer in ceramic core manufacturing in Türkiye. The acquisition has further strengthened TEI Alloys’ integrated manufacturing structure and its capability to develop high-value-added products in investment casting.

Ceramic cores are among the most critical elements of the investment casting process. They play an essential role in manufacturing highly engineered components, particularly turbine blades with complex internal geometries and precision cooling passages. Integrating ceramic core manufacturing into TEI Alloys’ production structure has further strengthened the value chain extending from alloys to high-performance finished products.

Through this strategic development, TEI Alloys has advanced its integrated manufacturing capabilities spanning ceramic core production and investment casting, while continuing its commitment to the domestic development of critical technologies required by the defence and aerospace industries.

We extend our sincere thanks to all stakeholders who have contributed to the establishment and development of Sekortek Seramik Teknolojileri A.Ş.
